Description

The U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center intends to negotiate with Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN 37240 for additional research and development services in conjunction with existing contract DAAM01-98-C-0012 (Nonideal Adsorption Equilibrium and Process Modeling for Improved Filter Performance)pursuant to the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1)"Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." Award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government and substantial program delays. It is proposed that the contract be modified to allow for continued contractor performance through November 2002. See numbered Note 22.
