- Description
- The U.S. Army TACOM-ARDEC, Picatinny Arsenal intends to modify Contract DAAE30- 99-C-1011 with Textron Systems Corp., Wilmington, MA to conduct risk reduction activities to include the new warhead for the Non-Self Destruct Alternatives teamed concept. We are utilizing the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. See Numbered Notes 22 and 26.
