Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), Bureau of Export Administration (BXA) has a requirement to procure on a firm fixed priced basis conference facilities which shall be located in the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area within a short walking distance (10 minutes or less at a pace of 3 miles per hour) from the U.S. Department of Commerce located at 14th and Constitution Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. The conference is a three day event to be held during the first three weeks of July, but cannot be held over the July 4th holiday. This is a three year procurement with 2001, 2002, and 2003 dates.
