Description

Trousers, Men, Poly/Cotton, Khaki #3729, Class 4, In accordance with Commercial Item Description A-A-55085, dated 6 APRIL 1993, pattern date 25 SEPT 1990. NSN 8405-01-148-7321. This is a best value procurement. A technical proposal is required including Product Demonstration Models(PDM), Past Performance, Bill & Hold, Electronic Data Interchange(EDI), Manufacturing Plan, Quality Assurance Plan and DLA Mentoring Business Agreement. This will be an Indefinite Delivery Type Contract with four(4) one year option terms for a minimum quantity of 13,760 and a maximum quantity of 25,720. The first delivery order will be for a quantity of 7,880, 3 deliveries, with a production lead time of 120 days after date of order. This solicitation will be Set Aside for Small Business. No GFM materials used in production are to be contractor furnished. The anticipated solicition date is 5 FEB 01. Specification/Pattern/Solicitation may be requested by FAX (215-737-2455) attn A.
