Description

The project consists of the construction of a new wet well sanitary sewer pump house, installation of a wet pit submersible pump system and sewage grinder, the removal of the existing dry-pit submersible pumps and construction of access pavement, associated site and building utility work, grading and turf replacement. The estimated performance period is approximately 120 days. A site visit has been scheduled for 15 February at 9:00am (Central Time). If bidders are interested in attending the site visit, please notify SSgt Ric Schweitzer at (402) 294-6005 by 5 February 2001 3:00pm (Central Time) Participants will meet at 55th Contracting Squadron, Bldg. 40, Offutt AFB NE. The project number is SGBP-97-0096. The NAICS code is 23491 and the small business size standard is $17.0 million. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This action is considered for full and open competition. Solicitation issue date is on/about 31 January 2001. All solicitation documents will be mailed to requestor. Telephoned or FAX bids will not be accepted. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, lack of registration in the CCR will make a bidder ineligible for award.
