Description

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision in accordance with the contract drawings and the specifications for MHMV 0013, A,B & C Installation of Elevators in DTRA Buildings 20362, 20363, and 20364 located at Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), 1680 Texas Street, Kirtland AFB, NM 87117-5669. Work includes, but is not limited to, installation of a new hydraulic elevator in each DTRA Building. The work will require selective demolition of existing exterior walls and exterior finishes at each three story facility. Minor interior improvements and finishes will be required at locations within the existing building(s) at the new elevator locations. The documents indicate construction requirements for all three installations. All work will be performed under a single contract. This agency intends to issue a Sealed Bid DTRA02-01-B-0001 on or about 9 Feb 01. Responses will be due approximately 30 days thereafter. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 -- $1,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 235950 and the Size Standard is $7.0 million dollars.
