This NEW class will be held February 15th from 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. at George Mason University's, Mason Enterprise Center, Procurement Technical Assistance Program (PTAP), 4031 University Drive, Suite 200, Fairfax, VA. The instructor is Robert G. Flowers of RGF Consulting Corporation. Learn step by step how to prepare a certfied five year (time and material) cost proposal from A to Z. Cost of this class alone is $250. If the class on February 14th is taken also, a discount of $50 will be given.
