Four (4) deliveries with Two (2) depots ninety (90) days after date of award, to Defense Depots in New Cumberland, PA and Tracy CA. This procurement is being issued on an unrestricted basis for a base year buy qty 4,750 with one (1) 100% option year and will utilize Best Value source selection evaluation factors. Evaluation factors will be Past Performance, Socioeconomic Considerations, DLA Mentoring Business Agreements and Javits-Wagner-O'Day Act. Anticipated release date of solicitation is 08 Feb. 01.
