Description

NSN: 4730-00-942-9149, Restrictor, Fluid Flow, IAW with drawings -- It is required to have complete item description in order to submit quotation. Quantity of 78 each to be delivered to Tracy CA 95296; quantity of 121 each to be delivered to Texarkana TX 75507, 300 days after date of award. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Please see Notes 1 and 9. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 31 January 2001. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The small business standard is 500 employees. Drawings are posted with the solicitation on the DSCC solicitation web-site. If the drawings are not posted with the solicitation, see Clause L07 -- Availability of Drawings for information on how to obtain the drawings. Federal, Military and Commercial Specifications cannot be provided by DSCC. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
