Automated best value system factor applies. This is an unrestricted procurement and all responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. See numbered Note 26. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance as described in this solicitation.
