Description

The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking Buy-Indian Contractors for the construction of the emergency lagoon fencing with gate and signs in the Pine Ridge Community on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, South Dakota. Project magnitude is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Request for quote (RFQ) RFQ-01-024 will be availabel approximately 15 days after publication. This aquisition is totally set-aside to Indian owned firms in accordance with 25 USC 47, the Buy Indian Act. The Indian preference clause in employment and sub contracting is made a part of this solicitation and resultant contract. Only those firms who have the subject expertise will be considered.
