Description

This is notice of intent to sole source under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) to NWT, Inc., 1141 East 3900 South, Salt Lake City, UT 84124 for continuation of the U.S. Customs Service laboratory testing of urine samples and related services for the period April 1, 2001 through July 31, 2001, with an option for an additional two months, if neeed. This performance period(s) will be under a new contract, not current Contract No. Tc-96-023. The new contarct will also provide for extension of services under FAR Clause 52.217-8. This additional performance period(s) will allow for the award of the new follow-on contract and the subsequent transition period from the incumbent contractor to the new contractor (if required). No solicitation package is or will be available for this action. The Government is not responsible for any costs in the preparaation of responses to this announcement. See Note 22.
