Correction: To provide notice that CBDNet Submission No. 499258 was issued on September 21, 2000. CBDNet Submission No. 50A2K3 was issued on January 05, 2001 as a Pre-solicitation Notice (P) in error. Submission No. 50A2K3 is hereby cancelled and replaced with this modification to Submission No. 499258 to correct the response date, subject, and description as follows: HAWK, Engineering Services to be procured sole source from Raytheon Company, Missile System Division, because Raytheon Company has acquired, in the design and development of the HAWK Missile System unique technical expertise and corporate knowledge which is not contained in any technical documentation that could be transferred to another contractor.
