Description

The National Imagery and Mapping Agency intends to award a sole-source procurement to Teltronics, Inc. for Software Application / Telephone Equipment to include: CLIN 0001 Harris IXP Redundant Platform 512 port AC, 932 102 CLIN 0002 PBX Application Package for MAP & LH CLIN 0003 P/N: 829160 DCA Admin Package CLIN 0004 P/N: 999999 Red 2500 Analog Modular Telephone Set CLIN 0005 P/N: 764311 Analog Line Unit (16 Port) CLIN 0006 P/N: 761319 T1 Digital Truck Unit (24 Port)CLIN 0007 P/N: 763363 DTMF Receiver Board (16 receivers) CLIN (8) P/N: 835803 8 Port Voice Mail (10K mailboxes) CLIN 0009 764309 Digital Line Unit (Support DCA Terminals) CLIN 0010 P/N: 780382 Systems Admin Terminal CLIN (0011) P/N: 780811 Systems Printer to DCA CLIN (12) P/N: 829851 Preset Conference CLIN (0013) P/N: 780876 Attendant Workstation (Operators Terminal). Authority for sole-source procurement is 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis is an intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Teltronics and no solicitation shall be issued. Responsible sources that are interested in this procurement may respond by providing clear and convincing information that identifies their capabilities. Offerors agree to hold their prices firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers. The solicitation number is NMA100-01-Q0010 and is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-21. Provisions at 52.212-2, evaluation-commercial items, is hereby incorporated by reference. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical acceptability, price and delivery schedule. Award will be made to the offeror who meets all the above stated criteria. Offers are to include commercial price list, a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items, and the provision at DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representation and Certifications Commercial Items, with the offer. In accordance with provision at 252.204-7001, Cage code Reporting, Offeror is to provide Cage Code information with offer. The clause at 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items is hereby incorporated by reference. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement statutes of Executive Order-Commercial Items, is hereby incorporated by reference (including 52.222-3, 52.233-3, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37). The resulting order will carry a DPAS rating of DO-A70. Quotes are due by 2:30PM Eastern Standard Time 22 January, 01. Fax copies of quotes are acceptable.
