UNICOR, FEDERAL PRISON INDUSTRIES intends to enter into a three year contract for light fixtures to be delivered FOB destination FCI Marianna, FL. The solicitation number is 6200000308 and this solicitation is issued as an Request for Proposal (RFP). Item 0001 ELF-0272, FIXTURE RAPID START 18" FLUORESCENT, WHITE, SPECIALTY #UB3290 UNDERSURF, RAPID-START, 5 "WX1-7/8"DX18"L, 10'-18/3SPT-1-BRN-CORD, ON/OFF-TOGGLE SWITCH, 15W-TUBE#F15T12, ELECTRICAL FIXTURE, POWER REQUIREMENT: 15 WATT, Estimated Qty.: 8000, U/I: Each. Period of performance is date of award through three (3) years thereafter. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers and award on an all or none basis. Delivery acceptance is thirty (30) days after receipt of each delivery order. Variation in quantity is +/- 5%. Minimum delivery order is $2,500.00 per order. Maximum delivery order is $100,000.00 per order. This is a best value procurement. The government will evaluate offers based on the following criteria, past performance, conformance to specifications and price. All factors are equal.
