J-Aviation maintenance and overhaul/repair of the following items: NOUN: Rotor Blade, FWD, CH-47 QTY: MIN -- 100 EACH, Max extended to -- 700 EACH ADD-ON QTY -- 450 EACH INPUT/OUTPUT NSN: 1615-01-145-7109 INPUT/OUTPUT P/N: 11R1702-37 NOUN: Rotor Blade, AFT, CH-47 QTY: MIN -- 100 EACH, MAX EXTENDED TO -- 570 EACH ADD-ON QTY -- 320 EACH INPUT/OUTPUT NSN: 1615-01-145-7110 INPUT/OUTPUT P/N: 11R1702-38 This is a modification to contract DAAH23-99-D-0095 to add additional quantity to a 3-year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement and add an additional two (2) years to the contract, making this a five (5) year contract. The award resulting from this solicitation will be firm fixed price. The technical data to support a fully competitive requirement is not available. The only known source of overhaul for these items is Boeing Helicopters, Division of the Boeing Company, Rt 291 and Stewart Avenue, Ridley Park, PA 19078 (Cage Code 77272). All responsible sources that can perform this effort may submit an offer that may be considered by the Agency. This requirement is currently unfunded.
