Description

The work to be performed under this contract consists of the removal and satisfactory disposal of all existing metal siding and roofing material from the Harvey Lock shop building, and replacement with new metal siding and roofing. The work includes the installation of new insulation, gutters and downspouts, roof ridge ventilators, skylights, roll-up storm shutters for all windows, and one roll-up metal door. The existing building framework shall be retained in place, and will be reused to attach the new siding and roofing. In addition, roll-up storm shutters shall be installed on all windows in the main office building, the mechanic's office, the derrick control house, and the storage building adjacent to the shop. This is a Simplified Acquisition which is set aside for small businesses.
