Description

This is a firm fixed price contract with a NAICS code of 23493. This acquisition is 100% Small Business set-aside and only offers from small business concerns which may qualify under the size standard in this solicitation will be accepted. Offers received from concerns that are not small businesses shall be considered non-responsive and will be rejected. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. Bonding will be required for this acquisition. This project is located in La Cienega, Santa Fe County, New Mexico. It consist of the construction and rehabilitation of an acequia embankment, installation of an 18-inch diameter PVC with end sections, gateway structures, RCP manhole, concrete base, rectangular bar aluminum grate and sluice pipe, including demolition of existing intake structure, spillway pipe and 18-inch corrugated metal pipe with gate.
