(97499) p/n 205-061-635-005, Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. (97499) p/n 205-061-635-5. This solicitation is totally set-aside for small business concerns. The approved large part numbers listed are furnished for reference purposes only, and are not acceptable for this acquisition. Various increments 10-49, 50-99, 100-199, 200-500 ea. Quantity 100 ea to be delivered within 210 days after date of order to various Deparatment of Defense using activities; balance to be delivered at a rate of 100 ea every 30 days thereafter. All responsible small business sources may submit an offer which will be considered. See Not 26. Drawings are inadequate. The alternate offer is required to provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or maore times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 3 years, Indefinite Quantity Contract anticipated (1 yr basic (365 days), 2 yr option (730 days).
