Description

The U. S. Secret Service intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, with Sidereal Corporation, 7426 Alban Station Blvd. Ste A104, Springfield, VA 22150, for maintenance of Sidereal Messaging Processing System. ITEM NO. 0001 -Sidereal Messaging Process System 24x7 telephone support. Delivery: February 15, 2001. F.O.B. Destination. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. Solicitation package is not available. This is a notice of intent to sole source and is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement, on a full and open competitive basis upon receipt of responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested firms must submit capability statements and provide written pricing information. Only written responses will be accepted and must be received within seven (7) calendar days of the date of this notice. Responses to this announcement, referencing synopsis number USSS010007, may be submitted to the U.S. Secret Service, Procurement Division, Attn: Andy Anderson, 950 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20223. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement.
