Note 1 applies: This is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The item is the Adapter, Splined, for use on the M1 Tank Engine. Item's NSN is 2835-01-074-3475. Technical Data Package 12271180 dated 15 Dec 2000 applies and is suitable for full & open competition. The solicitation is for award of a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The estimated quantities for the 5 Ordering Years are: Ordering Year (OY) #1 = 280 each; OY #2 = 269 each; OY #3 = 255 each; OY #4 = 256 each; OY #5 = 255 each. The maximum quantity that the Government is allowed to buy over the 5-year life of the contract = 1,315 each. The minimum guaranteed quantity that the Government is obligated to buy during the 5-year life of the contract = 144 each. The FOB Point is Destination, with an estimated 5% of the quantity to be destined for New Cumberland Depot, PA and 95% to be destined for Anniston Depot, AL.
