Description

All previous notes apply. In the previous solicitation amendment (F09603-00-R-61910-02) the NOTES section had a statement regarding kits supplied that contained inoperative equipment. This statement is incorrect. Statement should read: If any equipment supplied in the kits is found to be inoperative, the government expects the contractor to acquire operational equipment, at contractor expense, and then submit an invoice to the government for reimbursement. Closing date remains 12 Feb 01 at 1600L. Acquisition remains a small business set-aside. Contact PCO above for questions/concerns.
