Description

ERDC-CERL requires research services for the Field Testing of an X-Ray Flourescence Multi-Metals Monitor at Tooele Army Depot, Utah Demilitarization Furnace. Period of service will be no later than July 31, 2001. The proposed procurement will be on a sole-source basis. The Contracts Office intends to negotiate a firm fixed-price contract with Cooper Environmental Services. Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about January 12, 2001 with a closing date of February 28, 2001.
