Description

The Management & Training Corporation, d.b.a. Inland Empire Job Corps Center located at 3173 Kerry Street in San Bernardino, CA. is currently seeking bids for J-1 and J-2 dorm roofs to be re-roofed. All bids submitted must include (3) references from federal, State or City institutions. The specifications are as follows, all flat pitched and slope pitched roofs will require the existing roofing material removed and any areas found underneath damaged or requiring repair is to be repaired. All debris during and after re-roofing is to be removed by the contractor. Replacement felt paper is to be a minimum of 20 pound felt. Flat pitched roofs will be re-tarred and graveled. All sloped pitched roofs are to be re-roofed with a composition Certain Teed Architect 80 roof shingle or equivalent. All seems and roof vents are to be sealed and all metal flashing replaced. All work will provide a one year workmanship guarantee and a 35-year material warrantee.
