Description

"All request for Invitation For Bid regarding the following project must be in writing. No telephone requests, or requests for our fax number will be accepted. The purpose of this project is to provide for an indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery contract for General Construction services at the USDA Headquarters Complex located at 14th & Independence Avenue, S.W., Washington, D.C. and at other locations in the Washington DC area. The type of General Construction serviced that are required are identified in the solicitation by line item number. The duration of the base contract is 356 days from date of the Notice to Proceed, In addition to, 4 option periods. The pre-bid conference date will be identified in the solicitation, and the Government will place delivery orders during the year totaling a minimum of $250,000.00, and a maximum amount of $1,000,000.
