Description

The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking "Expressions of Interest" for commercial leased space for use by the U.S. Border Patrol Sector in Brownsville, TX. The U.S Government currently leases 44,100 rentable square feet, which is due to expire on March 31, 2001. Other existing facilities will be considered if it is economically feasible to relocate. Alternate lease space should take into consideration the above standard build-out costs along with anticipated moving and telecommunication costs to be incurred by the Government. Lease term will be 10 years with termination rights after 5 years.
