Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency intends to enter into a sole source contract with the Sheraton National Hotel for conference facilities from 23-28 April 2000 in Arlington, Virginia. As a result of a market survey the Sheraton National was selected due to their ability to provide conference facilities in close proximity to DISA headquarters, 701 South Court House Road, Arlington, Virginia for up to 1000 attendees in addition to guest accommodations. The conference facilities include reception and exhibit areas, conference hall to accommodate all attendees and 15 smaller conference areas. Interested parties may identify their interest and are encouraged to respond to the requirement by contacting the contracting officer and submitting a bid by 15:00, 11 January 2001. This requirement is being issued by the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). See Note 22.
