Description
The U.S. Government is seeking to lease space consisting of approximately 17,155 rentable square feet to yield 14, 917 BOMA usable square feet of office and related space. Space must include 45 surface parking spaces. Space must be located in the Pensacola Central Business Area bounded on the North by Belmont Street, on the East by Alcantz Street, on the West by Spring Street, and on the South by the Waterfront. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations must be provided as a part of the rental consideration. The space is required by April 22, 2001, for 10 years, 5 firm with the Government having cancellation priviledges after 5 years. The United States Government is currently leasing space that satisfies this requirement at One Pensacola Plaza LLC located at 125 W. Romana St., Pensacola, FL 32501. Relocation costs are estimated at $130,000.00 and must be considered as a part of any offer.
