Contract Specialist, Kathy Neece, (760-380-5007) DESC: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 1206, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DAKF04-01-Q- is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) unrestricted under the Standard Industrial Code 3441. Item 0001:Lease of Double Wide modular building. Item: 0001AA Modulars without rest rooms, Est. Quantity 16. Est. delivery date: 10 Feb 01 Item: 0001AB Modulars with rest rooms, Est.Quantity: 6. Est delivery date: 15 Feb 01 All modulars must have new exterior paint, new or reconditioned-as-new interiors. Government will make penetrations to install surface mount voice and data lines. Government will not repair penetrations. Item 0002: Delivery/Set-up, Est Quantity 22 each. Item: 0003 Pick up charge, Estimated Quantity 22 each. Item 0004 Lease of Office Furniture on a monthly basis, wood or metal Double Pedestal Desks w/Center Drawer, Approx. Size 29.5" H x 60" W x 30" D or equivalent. Est. Quantity 300 months. Item: 0005 Swivel Chair, Color Black, Approx. Size 42.5" H x 25" W x 23" D or equivalent, Est. Quantity 300 months.
