NSN: 8030-01-375-4479 Qty: 40-KTS SEALING COMPOUND: DESCRIPTION A three-part kit consisting of 77 lb epoxy resin, 20 lb hardener, and 36 lb hollow glass microspheres that forms a low density epoxy foam when cured. Size: The kit shall be furnished in 133 lb quantities, packaged, and packed in accordance with the supplier's normal commercial practice. There shall be no interaction chemically or physically with the contents so as to damage the container or alter the strength, quality, or purity of the contents. Such packaged ingredients shall be further packaged or assembled together as a complete unit in kit form. The filled containers and kit assembly shall be closed in a manner that will insure the contents will not spill or leak from the container and that separation of the components will be prevented during shipment, handling, storage, and redistribution.
