Description

The purpose of this modification is to advise that it is anticipated that solicitation N00140-01-R-0502 for the A-76 Cost Comparison Study for Visual Information Services for CNET will be posted to the NECO web address at www.neco.navy.mil and the FISC Norfolk web address at www.nor.fisc.navy.mil the week of 8 January 2001. A pre-proposal conference will be held on 24 January 2001 at 10:00 am at FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia, Philadelphia, PA. Attendees must submit name of attendee(s) and name of company at least 5 days before the date of the conference and may be submitted upon receipt of this notice. The number of attendees shall be no greater than two (2) per company. All prospective offerors are urged to attend this conference. In order to make the conference as productive as possible, offerors are requested to submit any questions they may have in writing to Rocco D. Siravo, Contracting Officer, Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia, Bldg. 2B, 700 Robbins Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111-5083 by 17 January 2001. Prospective offerors are advised that the pre-proposal conference will be held solely for the purpose of explaining the specifications and terms and conditions of this solicitation. The closing date for receipt of proposals will be established in the RFP. All prospective offerors are advised that, at the conclusion of the conference, unless this solicitation is amended in writing, it will remain unchanged and, that if an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgement and receipt of any such amendment shall be applicable. This requirement was originally synopsized on 17 November 2000 by submission number 5069V6.
