Description
Comprehensive Sanctions Center Services (CSC) with Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment Services (TDAT). Concerns having the ability for providing CSC with TDAT services for male and female Federal offenders. Interested offerors are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) tot he Contracting Officer listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability and treatment including medical care. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the facility shall be in the San Antonio, Texas area. Operational hotel/motels will not be considered as a physical plant for this requirement. For Line Item #1 the estimated total number of inmate days are 73,000 for the two year base period and 36,500 inmate days for the first, second and third one year options respectively. For Line Item #2 the estimated number of inmates for TDAT services will be 106 for the two year base period. TDAT services will include the following: Intake Assessments 60 (1 per inmate per year); Individual Counseling (2,280 sessions for the two year base period); Group Counseling (5,600 sessions for the two year base period) and Family Counseling (100 sessions for the two year base period). For option years 1, 2 and 3 respectively the estimates are as follows: TDAT services will be for 53 inmates per year to include the following: Intake Assessments 30 (1 per inmate); Individual Counseling (1140 sessions); Group Counseling (2800 sessions) and Family Counseling (50 sessions). Estimated RFP issue date is on or about February 5, 2001. Estimated closing date is April 4, 2001, 2:00 p.m. local time. Contract base period is 2 years, with three one-year options to renew. A requirements contract is anticipated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. No telephone calls for solicitations will be accepted.
