Description

Military Background Preferred. Pastoral/Ethical speakers for military personnel, CONUS/OCONUS. Must have an understanding of problems unique to airmen and be able to address marital situations, military life, drug and alcohol abuse issues, suicidal tendencies, and other issues besetting service members. No individual counseling is involved. There will be one or more sessions, each of which may run three hours at each designated location. There may be two sessions per day conducted between 0600 and 2100 hours at the discretion of the local commander. The presenter's briefing shall contain audience participation in the form of question and answer time, role-play and other interpersonal communication facilitation skills. Materials should be marked "proprietary" if presenter does not wish to leave handouts, or supplements, behind for those unable to attend the sessions. This solicitation will be 100% set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS Industry code is 813319, Other Social Advocacy Organizations and is defined as a concern whose average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years did not exceed $5 million. Pricing will be based upon a Firm-Fixed Price basis. The period of performance will vary from task order to task order. Orders will be awarded competitively. Competition amongst contractors shall be obtained when awarding BPAs and resulting orders. The briefings will be a minimum of three hours long, two sessions per day. The maximum is five days, ten sessions. All presenters must be Central Contractor Registered (http://www.ccr2000.com/).
