Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-20. The proposed procurement will be conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This is a small business, small purchase set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 51121 is base on the size standard of $18M/yr in earnings. The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to this solicitation and are incorporated by reference. HQ SSG/PKT5 seeks quotes for renewal of license to include Remedy maintenance, support, and upgrades as available for a period of one year from date of award for 2 each, AR Server w/MPSO; 30 each, 5 PAK AR Write License FIXED; 20 each, 5 PAK AR Write License FLOAT; 8 each, 5 PAK AR Write License FLOAT HOT BACK UP; 1 each, Distributed Server Option; 2 each, Remedy Web; 1 each Flashboard Server w/Performance Monitor; 3 each, 5 PAK Flashboard Server License FIXED; 1 each, 10 PAK Full Text Search FLOAT. All renewal documentation and upgrades issued will be shipped FOB destination and delivered within 7 days of award to HQ SSG/SWSX, 425 E. Moore Dr, Bldg 852, MAFB-Gunter Annex, AL 36114.
