Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is a Sole Soure procurement (Note 22 APPLIES). This is Unrestricted. The solicitation will be in writing. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http//progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestor. The ISSUE DATE will be 01/25/01. The CLOSING DATE will be 02/25/01. The delivery schedule is 30 days ARO. FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. The solicitation is intended to award an Indefinite Quantity Contract with four (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Quantity is 42 each per contract period. The shipping locations for stock are Stockton, CA and New Cumberland, PA. The DVD locations are within CONUS. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, pst performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
