Description

General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 11,738 rentable square feet of office and related space for the Social Security Administration. Onsite parking is required in accordance with local city codes with no additional cost to the government and 3 parking spaces are to be assigned for official use. The agency is currently occupying space under a lease which expires August 1, 2001. The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The cost of moving, alterations, telecommunications relocation, etc., will be taken into consideration when deciding whether to relocate. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: All space must be contiguous on one floor, with the exception of the storage/mail room, training/multipurpose room, or both which may be separated from the primary space by a public corridor. A total of 58 parking spaces are required. 21 parking spaces to be marked with signage and reserved. 3 parking spaces are to be assigned for official use. LOCATION: N: Bosque Blvd, from Highway 6 to New Road E: New Road, from Bosque Blvd to Valley Mill SE S: Franklin Ave., beginning at Valley Mill West W: Highway 6 from Franklin Ave., to Bosque Blvd. LEASE TERM: 10 years, 5 years firm OCCUPANCY: Space should be ready for occupancy by August 1, 2001. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1) Building name and address 2) Square footage offered 3) Method of Measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 4) Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted 5) Evidence of authority to represent the owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the offer enter into negotiations concerning the space to be leased with representatives of Federal Agencies other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration.
