- Description
- The Department of Defense Education Activity intends to award a sole source procurement to CTB McGraw Hill to conduct its annual writing assessment using TerraNova, Multiple Assessments Language test. The purpose of this assessment is to monitor the quality of student writing and to provide teachers and administrators with information to help make decisions concerning student achievement. This notice is for information only. See Note 22.
