The Contractor will provide Non-Personal educational training in Industrial Maintenance/Sanitation to inmates incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Institution at: 3600 Guard Road, Lompoc, CA 93436. Upon completion, the inmates will receive a certificate of completion from an accredited College or Universisty. All responsible bidders will be considered.
