The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure a Fuji Pictroproof (1 EA), Donor Paper (1 RO), Matte Paper (1 RO), Oneac Line Conditioner (1 EA), Fuji Pictroscript RIP (1 EA), Graphite G4/450 (1 EA), Internal Zip Drive (1 EA), ADAPTEC 2930 (1 EA), KDS 19" Color Monitor (1 EA), Setup & Installation. Award will be made on an all or none basis. The FAR provisions at 52.212.1, Instructions to Offeror-Commercial Items apply. Also, include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212.3, Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items. Additionally, the FAR clauses 52.212.4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and 52.212.5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items pertain to this acquisition.
