Description

Note #22. The Food and Drug Administration [FDA], Center for Food Safety & Applied Nurition [CFSAN], intends to award a sole source purchase order to FCN Publishing, Washington, D.C., for search service to provide IP Web access for newsletters and guides. Scope of work includes full searchability; instantaneous availability; and searchable archives for three years. Period of performance is through one year. The following provisions apply: 52-227.17, 52-232.33 Mandatory Information Electronic Funds Transfer Payment. Procurement will be awarded as a simplified acquisition in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5.
