Description

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service intends to enter into a 12 month, fixed price type contract on a Sole-Source basis with Canyon Lands Community Health Care (CCHC), Page, Arizona. This contract is to provide outpatient healthcare services to approximately 2,200 residents of Chilchinbeto and Dennehotso, Arizona communities. The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, drugs, and laboratory services. The closing date for submission of responses is ten days from publication of this notice. See Numbered Note 22.
