Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHS), Las Vegas, requires contracted services (Facility must be located WITHIN A 20 MILE RADIUS of this VA ) for Split-Night Sleep Studies and occasional full-night polysomnography evaluations, with occasional need for other diagnostic studies, such as MSLT. Supervised by or performed by RPsgT -- interpretations done by doctor Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonogy or Neurology. Includes all necessary FACILITIES, STAFFING, EQUIPMENT and SUPPLIES, and are to be performed at the Contractor's facility by the Contractor's Staff, using Contractor's equipment. The facility MUST be JCAHO accredited or maintain equivalent standards or accredited by AASM and have passed OSHA Workplace Inspection within the past two years. Estimate need for approximately 150-170 split-night studies per year. Expected contract will provide for Base Year and one potential Option Year. This requirement is set aside for SMALL BUSINESS unless sufficient response is not received, at which time will convert to unrestricted competition without further notice.
