Description

Provide Chaplain Services for VA Medical Center, New Orleans, Louisiana, for the period of one base year plus two one-year option periods. The requirement is part-time with a minimum of five (5) four (4) hour days per week for Catholic Services and five (5) one (1) hour days per week for Protestant Services, in additional to holidays, on-call weekends and emergencies. Qualifications include currrent ecclesiastical endorsement from the official national endorsing body of his/her faith or denomination; Master of Divinity degree or equivalent educational qualifications; completion of two (2) units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE).
