Material, Applicator Pad, Polyester fiber (50/50 Blend of 4-3/4/ and 15 denier) 75% Acrylic binder (Rhoplex TR427 Resin) 25% material shall be made using the "AIRLAY" method. (See attach DWG) DWG # 5-77-2311. Vender P/N UB Poly 2-5 OSY. Item IDL 8136150CN5-77-2311. FOB: Destination to Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas 71602-9500. Request for proposal (RFP)DAAD21-01-R- 0007 to issue on are about 18 Jan 2001 with closing date on or about 19 Feb. 2001. All prospective offerors must be qualified prior to award in order to be considered.
