Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency intends to award a sole source contract to Make Systems, Inc., 200 Regency Forest Drive, STE 150, Cary, NC 27511. We intend to procure annual maintenance renewal of NetMaker Software, technical support and training. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open the subject requirement full and open competition was made in IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2302 (1) and is solely at the discretion of the Government.
