- Description
- This amendment encompasses the following: 1. Change SYMIX number for line item 0003 to read PCC0135 in lieu of PCC0155 2. Add the guaranteed minimum quantity for the duration of contract to be 2,000 each for all line items. 3. Delete FAR CLAUSE 52.216-21 Requirements and add FAR CLAUSE FAR 52.216-22 indefinite quantity. 4. All other terms and conditions remains unchanged.
