Description

PRON: AX0T1127AX, NSN: 3110-01-097-2292, APN: DL3110-T700-005, Quantity: Minimum -- 250 each, Maximum -- 1600 each, 5-year Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). This action is applicable to the UH-60 Turbine Engine. This item is a small business set-aside, limited to the approved sources of Timken Aerospace, 336 Mechanic Street, Lebanon, NH 03766-2627 and MRC Bearings, 402 Chandler Street, Jamestown, NY 14702-0280. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified sources require acquisition of the part from the approved sources. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.Redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
