- This synopsis modifies synopsis number 475115 issued on 14 July 2000. This modification is to notify all interested parties that the maximum contract quantity is increase to 100,000 units from the previous maximum contract quantity of 30,000 units. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency.
