- Description
- Work consists of the modernization/upgrade of the elevator located at 313 Walnut St, Phila, PA. Modernization should bring elevator to current code and ADA requirements. Existing elevator is a hyraulic passenger type with a capacity of 2,500 pounds. See numbered Note 1.
