Description

DESIGN/BUILD ROOF SYSTEM on the Crew Quarters, Judith Ranger District Administrative Site on the Lewis & Clark NF. This project is located in Stanford, MT. The project consists of design/build a roof system for an existing modular crew quarters. Design work shall include development of the construction contract drawings and specifications and preparation of a cost estimate. Construction shall include construction of the new roof system and will include all labor, supervision, transportation, materials and incidentals to complete the project in accordance with the specifications. The package is estimated to be available on or about January 16, 2001. Estimated start date is March 5, 2001 and will have 90 calendar days for completion of both the design and build portions. The estimated price range is $25,000 -- $100,000. The project is not set aside for small business concerns.
